How the map works. Each property is geocoded live in your browser via OpenStreetMap, then dropped on real satellite imagery. The first plot of a set takes a moment (about one address per second — a free-service limit), after which results are cached for instant re-filtering. It needs an internet connection for the imagery and lookups. Multiple units at one building fan out in a small spiral so each is clickable.

How this is built. Rankings are derived directly from the Sold, Listings and Withdrawn data — switch the source above. Raine & Horne is highlighted in gold across all its office labels. "By value" sums sale/guide prices; "By count" counts properties.
